1) Scaffolding installation started last Thursday, will be completed today (Monday). Plywood barricade is up, netting was going up, scaffold feet are on wood pads. Per a suggestion from a Rausch-side neighbor, the ends of the scaffolding will be covered with additional plywood to remove access to the 55 Sumner roof and one of the 60 Rausch balconies. Pictures attached.

2) The construction team discussed portapotty security, noting the damage done to an adjacent portapotty used by 60 Rausch. The 73 Sumner unit will be encased in plywood, with additional lock security to prevent off-hours use.

3) Window saw-cutting starts tomorrow (Tuesday) with interior protection for units 105, 204, and 205. The interior protection will be removed by Friday to uncover the windows for the 3-day holiday weekend.

4) Everest will deliver a weekly schedule and per-unit work estimate later today. They will also post weekly schedule updates in the 73 Sumner lobby. The HOA will post PDF versions on 73sumner.org.

5) Water testing on the 401 bedroom window will occur next Wednesday. Everest will use ladders from the 3rd-floor deck to access the 401 window, will need interior access to 401 for test observation and interior protection. Lee will coordinate with the 401 residents.

6) The Reconstruction Committee discussed exterior paint colors and agreed to continue using the existing pale green. Derek/MCA will get color codes for the paint, so Everest can order a batch of All Guard. The current plan is to complete all work, from grinding to finish coating, in per-unit wall sections.

7) The Board wants to replace the exterior light fixtures with efficient LEDs. The construction team believes that new fixture installation should be done coincident with the repair work to maximize waterproofing around the new windows. Everest will forward the name of their electrician to the Board to get quotes for fixtures and installation.

The 3-day Labor Day weekend will move the next status meeting and update to Tuesday next.
