Quarterly meetings are held every three months at a TBA site at 73 Sumner. Quarterly meetings are working events for the HOA Board members, optionally attended by interested owners. Meetings are announced at least 5 working days in advance.

Annual meetings are held in late March to early April, around the end of the HOA fiscal year (April 1 to Mar 30), with a quarterly meeting following. Yearly meetings are primarily concerned with annual reports from the President and Treasurer, renewal of various resolutions (IRS), and voting for a new slate of Board members.
