The 73 Sumner Street Homeowners Association initiated a claim for defects in the design and/or construction of the common interest development known as 73 Sumner Street, a Live/Work Condominium Project located in the City and County of San Francisco, State of California, on March 4, 2008.

Litigation was completed and a dismissal of the lawsuit was filed on April 15, 2014.
